Bisphenol A, or BPA, is safe at low levels. It's been used in plastic bottles and other food containers. BPA makes plastic hard and can be found in bottles, CDs, bike helmets and sunglasses. It's also used in resins that coat the inside of bottle tops and metal cans.
The latest concern is just how much BPA is safe? Many infant bottle manufacturer have since changed their formula as a result. I have also switched to metal water bottles myself, one of my favorite is Sigg, they have a great color selection and nearly indestructible. Are you concern about BPA? Have you made the switch? Tell us about it in the comment section!
