Iron Absorption and Tea

Tannins found in tea have been shown to decrease iron absorption when consumed with meals.  While some teas can have some antioxidants and bioflavonoids, which may slightly lower the risk of caner, heart diease, and stroke you may want to consider drinking them at a different time than meal time.  Nothing more than a tea
